RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your merchandise, you are able to return it in its original condition with tags attached. You must inform us of your wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the return within 14 days thereafter.
Returns are free within the UK.
Please follow the procedure below:
- Log into your order via the customer login at the top right of the home page (www.thewestvillage.com) using the email associated with your order.
- Follow the prompts to access your order and submit a Return Request
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your Return Request to be processed.
- Once successfully processed, you will be emailed a Returns Ship Label.
- Please write your original order number on the outside of the return package.
- Affix the ship label to your parcel and arrange for parcel collection or drop according to the returns instructions
- Your return must be received with us within the following 14 days
Once your order has cleared the Returns Process, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account. The refund transaction is automatic and there is no need to contact us during this window.
EXCHANGES
If you require an exchange, do NOT fill out a Return Request. Email us directly at online@thewestvillage.com including your order number in the subject line with your desired exchange request. If the item in question is available, we will make arrangements for the return of your original order and the processing and shipping of your new item.
If you have any further queries, please address these to online@thewestvillage.com quoting your order number.
*We are unable to accept returns brought back to the store unless you selected Click & Collect as your pick up.
