Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your merchandise, you are able to return it in its original condition with tags attached. You must inform us of your wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the return within 14 days thereafter.

Please follow the procedure below:

Return Process
You must contact us at online@thewestvillage.com within 14 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep. The order number must be visible on the outside of the returning package and the original packing list must be enclosed or credit will not be processed for the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The return will be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Online returns cannot be accepted in store.

If you would like to exchange your item or would like a credit note, please contact us on 0207 243 6912 so that we can arrange this for you. Again, you should follow the procedure below. If we are contacted after the 14 day period, we will consider your request but cannot guarantee that the return will be authorised. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded as clearly stated on the Sale pages. This does not affect your statutory rights.
