Prettily adorned by black and off-white stripes, Valeria is a very full flared dress defined by a series of gathered yokes. The necklines have drawstring links that can be adjusted on the shoulders and offer little gathers, which shape the upper part of the dress, allowing for the neckline to be as high as you want it which in turn determines how low the armhole falls.
